Digital products

Because our templates are digital products that are available for immediate download after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the template has been downloaded.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund if: the template file is corrupted or cannot be opened, the template is significantly different from the preview shown, or a duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error.
